To start, I worked on branding for the company by creating a logo and choosing brand colors that mimic the colors found in traditional ceremonial matcha tools and tea leaves. I also designed packaging for the tea tins that would be featured on the website. Once I had a basis for the company, I designed a few pages of the website including: homepage, about us, products, and FAQ page. The mobile site gives examples of cart checkout and a newsletter popup that appears on the homepage. The website design is clean and simple, focusing more on the natural color palette. I used rounded edges as a theme throughout. Button styles and pictures are shaped in a similar way to maintain consistency throughout.
